By-elections called in Anna and Blackwater wards.

The by-elections for both the Anna and Blackwater wards have been called by a number of electors in both of those wards. The notice of election will be posted on Thursday 29th September. Last day for nominations is on Friday 7th October 2005 the election will be on Thursday 3rd November 2005.
