Celebrities Back the Lib Dems

A move among the celebrities to back the Lib Dems set up by Brian Eno (Roxy Music). Nicholas Parsons, Peter Hall, Anita Roddic, Fran Healey, Germaine Greer, Richard Dawkins, Rosie Boycott etc have all signed the list.
Eno wrote in the Evening Standard that Labour is 'desparately trying to out-nasty the Tories in the scramble for the bottom of the barrel'. He praised the Lib Dems for proposing to raise the taxes of people in the highest income bracket 'like me'.
